A History of Soiku Bano
Soiku Bano was originally founded in 2016 by Jose and his wife, Claudia, after their ticket had been selected in a drawing for a cannabis business license in unincorporated Adams County. In 2019 the team was joined by Jose’s youngest brother Xander, and the tagline “Two Brothers and some Bubble Bags” was born. In June of 2020 the final county and state approvals were realized and Soiku Bano was ready for business.
The Cuban-American family was finally able to introduce their brand to the Colorado cannabis scene. The name “Soiku Bano” is a phonetic pun of the phrase “soy cubano”, meaning “I am Cuban” as an homage to their family roots.
The Soiku Bano team has a strong focus on quality, consistency, and community.
Entering the industry during a time when customers were unable to see, touch or smell products, the quality needed to shine through. We aim to produce a truly small batch product and cater to the connoisseur market. The signature cold-cured rosin pearls, environmentally friendly minimalist packaging, and community involvement are all aspects we are incredibly proud of. |
Soiku Bano runs its business like a family unit where everyone collaborates and contributes. Each member of the team plays an essential role in the final product. As a brand, Soiku Bano is always looking for ways to improve, inspire and evolve.
Soiku Bano is NOT vertically integrated, allowing the sourcing of multiple sources for high quality final product. This business model allows for specialization in solventless hash production while our vetted flower cultivators focus on bringing the best flower to market. As a small family run business, they maintain a focus on producing some of the best hash in Colorado while providing their supporters with the best customer service and products possible. |
